Couture is way less stressful than pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter, the shows are amazing as they celebrate craftsmanship and beauty. So many things happened in such a short stay! Some of our dearest friends were in town so we enjoyed some fun dinners and midnight getaways, we had an amazing stay at our home away from home: the Park Hyatt Place Vend\u00f4me, a perfect spot to relax after a crazy day, had several greatly productive meetings, I bought my first C\u00e9line bag on Avenue Montaigne (an electric blue\u00a0Trap\u00e8ze from the new collection), got the results of my finals when we were having lunch at Costes (I passed!!!) and above all, we were all so happy and had so much fun throughout the entire trip. I felt like it was the right time to share a little Paris guide, in a very couture style. So here we go!<\/p>\n

WHERE TO EAT<\/h2>\n

I discover new places every time I visit Paris (and gain 3kgs at the same time). So here\u2019s a bunch of my favorite ones: James and I agree on Miss K\u00f4<\/strong> (51 Avenue George V)<\/em>, it\u2019s super close from the Champs Elys\u00e9es and this place is insane : very futuristic. They have the best crispy salmon ever and unique cocktails. Le Petit Palais<\/strong> (Avenue Winston Churchill),\u00a0<\/em>go there and order the figs and mozzarella for me.\u00a0We also tried Saturne<\/strong> (17, rue Notre-Dame des Victoires)<\/em> which is the perfect spot to share an evening with a couple of friends, the menu is a surprise! A very good one.\u00a0La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> (4, Place St-Germain)<\/em> is a little bit fancier, perfect for a date and very close to Caf\u00e9 Flore. Our HQ this year was the Hotel Costes\u2019 restaurant<\/strong>, they have the best tuna tartare! And of course, the best breakfast was at our hotel, Park Hyatt Paris-Vend\u00f4me<\/strong> (5, rue de la Paix).\u00a0<\/em>Kristina was in heaven as they have the best gluten-free bread and I spent my mornings drinking their detox smoothies.<\/p>\n

MACARONS<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s not a surprise for anyone, spending time with Kristina means a macaron a day (or 10) so it\u2019s always the hunt of the best ones in Paris. For me it\u2019s definitely Pierre Marcolini<\/strong> (3, Rue Scribe)\u00a0<\/em>and they even have designer boxes so you can\u2019t have better than that. Pierre Herm\u00e9 <\/strong>(39, Avenue de L\u2019Op\u00e9ra)<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>where the macarons have an original twist and different flavors such as olive or yoghurt, our favorite the chocolat\/passion! And obviously, the king, Ladur\u00e9e, <\/strong>is hard to beat.\u00a0We can\u2019t deny that their vanilla one beats anyone on the market. As well as the raspberry. And the pistachio. Yum.<\/p>\n

RIDE IN STYLE<\/h2>\n

Last september during fashion week, we discovered a new app that literally changed our live and definitely eased our schedule. As we are always on the run, we usually reply to our emails in the car that bring us from a show to another, to a meeting, to the next event\u2026 \u00a0CINQ-S\u00a0have in-car wifi which is the best idea ever. You can order the car anytime in the day and the service is truly luxurious, so next time you\u2019re in Paris don\u2019t forget to download their app.<\/p>\n

SHOP A LITTLE<\/h2>\n

\u00a0In Paris you have to treat yourself, right? It\u2019s one of my favorite cities to shop. For example Le Marais is full of little hidden gems for shopping. I never miss an occasion to swing by Colette<\/strong> (213, rue Saint Honor\u00e9)\u00a0<\/em>on Saint Honor\u00e9, they have the best beauty department. For a huge shopping session Le Bon March\u00e9 Rive Gauche<\/strong> (24, rue de S\u00e8vres)<\/em> or Gallerie Lafayette<\/strong> (40, bd Hausmann)\u00a0<\/em>and Avenue Montaigne are all pure magic. The C\u00e9line<\/strong> (53, Avenue Montaigne)<\/em> and Saint Laurent<\/strong>stores are some of my favorites.
